I have over five years of experience as a freelance photographer, writer, proofreader and digital layout designer as well as an Editor-in-Chief at DEFUZE Magazine (of which I am the founder, too). I have a broad understanding of media (both print and digital), build and design, online marketing, SEO, both creative and academic writing, English grammar and punctuation, and execution of successful ideas. I work in close collaboration with some PR and modelling agencies and overlook the work of other editors. Also, besides DEFUZE, I have worked for, designed, and produced a few other magazines including Tallulah and NativeLand.
Additionally, I am currently studying NCTJ Magazine Journalism at the College of Media and Publishing as well as undertaking a few, relevant to my work and interest, courses such as Academic Writing at the University of California, Creative Writing at Wesleyan University, Community Journalism at Cardiff University and Photography at Michigan State University.
