WORKING METHODOLOGY CodeXpertS undertakes all its projects by the follow methodology: REQUIREMENT GATHERING AND PROJECT PLANNING As a first step the complete requirements of the project are collected. To do this we maintain close communication with the customer and also carry out independent research, review existing documentation and work out further details with the customer. All the while we also formulate a plan on how to complete each aspect of the project and what resources to use. Our quality control team works alongside our developers to ensure high standards for our end product. DOCUMENTATION After completing a plan for the project we then document the nature of the project, its requirements and how to do the project. Further documentation is made if the requirements of the project change later. ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN The next step is to set up the necessary infrastructure for each project and gather the required professionals. IMPLEMENTATION The requirements are now implemented and the rest of the developments are made based on the finalized requirements.
