Very skilled and meticulous. Gave a very in depth and technologically researched report but failed to deliver a timeline and proposal of hours to actually do the work. I think the process and report deliverables may have been confusing. Maybe there are some language differences that led to not understanding these deliverables. Notwithstanding, the report was delivered in perfect English.

Had the feeling i was being exploited for my lack of knowledge in the process. The freelancer urged me to create an hourly project so it would have better results. In reality, after 4k down the drain i received a useless document and a couple of simple schematics. But what really made me worry was the freelancer's attempt to have me pay him outside of the platform with a promise of discount. This made me see the true nature of this freelancer and end this project.
