PROJECT MANAGEMENT I specialize in managing projects related to IT solutions delivery. In recent years I’ve been managing Salesforce CRM implementation projects. Previously as an analyst programmer and pre-sales consultant, I am familiar with all stages and aspects of a project lifecycle, from the RFP stage till post-implementation. As a certified Project Manager with 10+ years of experience, I have worked with organizations of all sizes, inclusive of multi-national companies (MNC) and governments. I have also successfully delivered numerous non-technical projects such as the publication of books, sourcing, long-term travel, relocation, etc. EDITING/PROOFREADING Since starting my postgraduate studies, I have been marking student assignments of tertiary programs and providing personal tutorials to university students. Nowadays, I still help with editing and proofreading academic assignments, thesis/dissertations, and several types of technical documentation (technical solution proposal, Statement of Work, user manual, technical manual, etc). One of my current active clients is a Ph.D. student. I edited and proofread ALL of his academic work. He is having a CGPA of 3.98/4 from a university in the United States. Besides, I have also edited and proofread a few travel-related books, which have been successfully published (paperback + ebook).
