I am Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist. I know how to navigate and love to surf on the net. I have been working in a BPO company for a 1 year and 5 months, currently working on the same company as a Tier 2 Chat Support agent which I usually handle five chat/s at the maximum everyday. I also worked as a Technical Support for 3 years in BPO company supporting customers with issues like internet service, cable service and phone service.
