Hi! My name is Tiffany Lambac - your Senior Customer Support Specialist.
I’ve been in this field for more than 11 years now and great customer experience is my goal in every single interaction. I have served a couple of accounts with different genres, including, but not limited to:
-ISPs like Verizon and AT&T U-verse who handles network and connection issues and other technical support needed.
-Devices such as Linksys by Cisco and Micosoft’s XBox to help customers setup their consoles and any after sales concerns.
-Ecommerce stores like Hello Bello, Taffer’s, and Tiller and Hatch and making sure to provide assistance with customer satisfaction.
-Offer premium assistance to any out-of-scope issues with MediaCom and accounts concern with CentralNic These experience showcases how flexible, adaptable, and hardworking I am as an employee.
Moreover, my utmost goal in every interactions were to: -Provide the best resolution to customers
-Give timely reponses to their queries whether through email, chat, or call
- Offer an excellent customer service which leads to extreme customer satisfaction.
On the other hand, I had work experience in administrative works as a Guidance facilitator in an institution. This hone me to get more skills such as:
-Database entry and filing of the personal information of clients who I am interacting on a daily basis
-Research (including web) to provide new ideas and betterment of my office
-Interpersonal skills since I am conducting counseling to students and facilitates seminars and workshops
-People management for both students I teach and sub-ordinates in my department
-Organizes events in school like team building, training and development of employees, and seminars, conferences and workshops for students.
All of my previous work exposed me to different kinds of software used in servicing such as:
-CRM tools: Gorgias, Zendesk, Salesforce
-Office suites: GSuite, Microsoft Office
-Communication software: Zoom, TeamViewer, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Google Meet, GoTo, Slack
