 Handling the responsibility of preparing confidential documents and reports i.e Invoices, Quarterly VAT report, Statement of Account of every client.  Working with Production department to ensure that all the deliveries are made on time.  Communicating with different departments such as Accounting, Marketing and Production.  Maintaining sales invoices in hard and soft copy to track records.  Communicating with the client and enquiring about pricing, schedule, invoice etc.
