The position of Project Manger for the department of Academic Technology and Web (ATW) within the Wisconsin School of Business requires me to be able to plan and execute projects efficiently and accurately. I am often working on 2-3 large projects at once while managing daily tasks within the ticket queue. A large portion of my job requires client interaction, gathering requirements, managing expectations and status reporting. I am the primary liaison between our clients and my team. • Manage project plan and work with project teams to execute on plans • Project planning, scheduling and control • Gathering requirements from stakeholders • Prioritize projects, tasks and resources across multiple projects • Resource allocation • Communicate and document project status • Establish success criteria • Oversee daily tasks and ticket queue • Work with other departments to ensure successful project execution • Web analysis and reporting using Google Analytics • Manage customer expectations
