Kurzbeschreibung des Wettbewerbs
I'm looking for a 2 dimensional plan for a lodge/small hotel. The main structures should be rondavels (traditional circular African dwellings) with 10 rooms and 3 shared facilities in the middle. The shared facilities to accommodate a restaurant, hotel lobby, gift shop, conference facility/meeting room & maybe a fitness centre & spa. 4 Of the hotel rooms should have both inside & outside showers, while the 6 should only have inside showers. It should also show parking facilities outside of the main entrance. I've put the main idea on paper & would like it to be put on a plan. There are no dimensions. The total area is about 2 hectres. The plan doesn't need to be to scale or show sizes, it just needs to be presented on paper. I've also included an image I've downloaded on the internet to show how the shared facilities in the middle could look like.

I just saw the 2nd image, I actually like it. I think the main change will be the sizes. There will be other changes here & there. If I can see the structures enlarged so that the units as well as the facilities inside look larger & there's not as much space on the inside, we could take it from there with me making notes on your submission.
