Design a Website Mockup a Grocery Store (Only by Modify an Existing E-Commerce Template)

We need a web design for an online grocery store. The designer should start off from the Flatastic e-commerce site template (http://velikorodnov.com/html/flatastic/), and play with it until it becomes more suitable for a grocery business. Changes proposed are:
1. Incorporate our store's logo, whose obfuscated version is attached here. The colors used in the typographical and pictorial parts are exactly the same as in the real logo. Also, the ratio between length and width is the same.
2. Change colors, and probably use more orange and blue instead of red and navy. May be use the same colors of the logo? You decide.
3. Replace the template product images with stock images of generic grocery products. Also, do the same for the images of the homepage image slider.
4. Any other changes the designer would propose in order to make the template more convincing as a template for an online grocery store.
Deliverables: 27 modified HTML's, modified CSS, as well as the new images.
Because of licensing issues, modifying the PSD's is out of scope, because I am not comfortable with sharing the original PSD's of the theme. The 27 HTML's of the theme can be downloaded from below. Please get the images, js and css files from the html source.

Also, please note that the actual number of modified files will typically be less than 27 because there are multiple variants for the homepage. I only need one homepage design from each designer who contributes to the contest. Hence, please feel free to do only one homepage layout.
Changes need to be kept to minimum, only to the extent that transforms the template to a grocery template. Bootstrap classes must be respected and used whenever possible. Responsiveness must preserved. We will be comparing the original template files with the new ones and peer-reviewing every change, so please do not do changes that are not necessary.
