Need new HTML template to change the colors of the templates being used. I do know the colors to be used. Also, am looking for a very creative person to design page templates for my online magazine, plus an award winning "magazine cover" template , one that we can add new artwork to every month, with an opt-in entry-or password entry into the magazine. My goal is to create a magazine with an MPA award winning design. The magazine is Living Life...Boomer Style, will have approximately 50 different departments. For the last four years or so I've been working with a contract electrical engineer. He does an excellent job for me but is frequently overloaded. He is in his mid-50s and planning to retire over the next few years. Therefore I'm hoping to find someone to take over for him gradually over the next few years. On average he does about 30 hours a month of work for me. Generally the limiting factor is his availability not my desire for him to work on my projects. We are currently working on a freely distrubuted Mod for Flat Out ( ), based on Muscle Cars from the 50s-70's.
