I need help with a PHPMailer form and CAPTCHA security image problem I am having. I previously hired a programmer through ScriptLance (who has since been banned). I have a contact form on a website which used a class called phpmailer. But I removed it some time ago because the server was used to send unwanted emails. Later it turned out phpmailer was not the problem but still I'm asking myself is there a better way? What is the best way to add a contact form on a website that cannot be abused to send unwated emails? Maybe in AJAX first you enter your email address, the server sends an email with a sort of confirmation code you have to enter on the same page? Catch my drift? Any other suggestions?
