This is an easy project for a coder who know what they are doing I have two sites that I need worpdress reinstalling on and also the wordpress plugin attach corrected to work with the latest version of wordpress. The plugin works on putting in a {tag} to insert a city which is determined in the city list that is inputed on the screen in this plugs admin.
