redraw 1st floor extension proposal for a house in London (minor architectural skills)

I am looking for a freelancer to redraw the 1st floor extension proposal for a house in London.

There was a proposal to do a 2-storey extension but the council rejected it

So this time I need someone to redraw with only the first floor extension & make it into a a studio flat

As well as a 3D and a sunlight / shade and shadow study just as was done in the original 2-storey extension

The current (failed) proposal is in PDF format & I have the dwg.

I have specific changes that I would like to be made in the redraw that I have hand-marked in pen. The desired final format for the redrawn proposal is also PDF & dwg

Skills and experience required:

- Proficiency in redrawing proposals in PDF & DWG format

- Attention to detail to accurately incorporate specific changes

- Familiarity with architectural drawings and floor plans

- Ability to communicate effectively and understand client requirements
