Desktop Radio Application for streaming to directly from net.

I require a desktop application that can be downloaded and installed free from the internet.

It will be a square box shape have advertising down the side and along the bottom. ALong the top will be four buttons - home - this will be buttons in this page, 2) channel 1, this page ( when I say page I refer to the center of the box) will be channel one - it will start playing radio stright away, and also have a hoem page from the internet pulled in.

the other 2 buttons are for channel 2 and 3

Also - there will be video cam for each station - So I want a button from each home page of the stations - to say view cam, this then pops open a web cam view.

Please note - all design must be labeled under our company - you will be working for us - not under your own brand.

A working ( hard coded graphics ) version with one station streaming with video and audio ( must work at the same time ) with the top banner buttons working - ( I mean these buttons must take you to the other stations home pages - but no need to stream or show video for trial version )

This must be provided to display to custumer asap - to give everyone confidence that the project can be done before any payment of any kind will be tranfered.

We are a fully registered company and do not wish to talk to any one who has communication problems with English language. No time wasters - just some one who can do the job asap.
