Customize ASP.Net Identity Storage Provider in WebAPI to utilize existing user tables

When you setup a new WebAPI 2 project with ASP.Net Identity 2.1.0 Individual User Account authentication, it utilizes the default AspNet* tables (ie: AspNetUsers, AspNetRoles, etc). We have an existing system that already has our own tables used for authentication and authorization. We want you to create a new Custom Storage Provider that will wrap our MS SQL Server tables and allow us to use them with ASP.Net Identity 2.1.0 Microsoft has already provided the steps here: http://www.asp.net/identity/overview/extensibility/overview-of-custom-storage-providers-for-aspnet-identity We just don't have the time and are looking for someone to throw small tasks like this who is an ASP.NET NINJA. This is a very small task, but it will give us an idea of what you are capable of. I have attached a simple SQL script to create the table structure we want you to target.
