Complete an ASPX directory Script

we have a directory script that was left in between by a programmer in India, I paid him to do the directory script and now he is not able to implement the same thing to completion. There are only a few things required to be done. First to make a MYSQl connection. Second to make its URL search engine friendly. Third is to give me an Admin System, simple admin with minimal functions. its a small project, i will need you to complete it in one day maximum. please do not bid more than $ 30 on the project as i know its a real small thing to do.
