ASP/VBCOM Developer Needed

We are in need of a qualified VBCOM/ASP developer who can work with our current developer. We need to make various data and object modifications for different clients. We need an engineer (s) who can get up to speed rapidly with our architecture, make changes to interface, logic, test and communicate well with our team. -Must show history of dynamic ASP built sites -Must provide business referrences for this type of project -Must be accessable during at least 1/2 of Central Time Zone work day -Must be able to communicate well in english (mandarin chinese is a plus too) -Hourly Rate (bid must be between $5 and $20 USD) -Must be able to learn complicated code structure rapidly Please do not apply unless you meet this criteria.
