Design of quickbook template for a specific business and training on how to us it

The scope of this project is to provide assistance creating a specific template and training with Quickbooks. The attached documents summarize our business activities and what we expect to get out of quickbooks. We will need a suggested solution on how to handle each one of those areas and manage the company's finance from quickbooks. I have a strong computer background and basic quick book knowledge. We will be able to set a phone/Skype conversation for Q&A that we might have during the project and/or remote control access. We currently have Quickbooks pro 2012, we will upgrade to a 2014 or 2015 if there are any features that will make fulfilling the requirements below easier to achieve.
