We are looking for an account and administrative assistant to provide full administrative support to the company’s director, to be a point of contact for service providers, contractors, employees, filling application forms, dealing with claims and payments, management of diaries, produce documentation including standard and individual letters, costings, purchase orders, paperwork for staff, minutes and memos, drafting contracts and work agreements, checking, sending and receiving the invoices, to be a point of contact for clients, to assist with sourcing quotes, to assist with a database which captures this information for budget forecast purposes, liaison with various other people or companies and providing aIl (Admin Instruction) and signage where necessary to appropriate parties, to be able and willing to set up functions when no additional staff are available and to undertake any other suitable tasks required for the administration of the company.
Please note that this work is for five days (full-time) and the budget for this project is 70 USD. Bids for more than 70 USD will be disregarded. Also, the project, will not be offered to companies, as I prefer to work with just one individual.
