In the past, I have perform similar tasks with the job you're describing, i.e: - Monthly bank reconciliation - Salary calculation for employees based on fingerprint time and attendance - Bookkeeping using various accounting software, such as SAP, MYOB, JD Edwards, and Peachtree - Liase with vendor and customer - Preparing monthly AR and AP report for analysis - Preparing analysis of accounts In order to complete the project, I will do the following: - Receive scan copy of the invoices that needed to be paid - All invoices will be entered into MYOB - Invoices will be processed for payment (this is depends on the payment method you're using. In the past, I have been using CitiDirect, an online payment system from Citibank. I just need to enter the payment into it and the authorised person will authorise and release the payment) - After the payment is done, I will enter the payment into MYOB. For documentation purpose, I will attach the payment with the invoice. - For the cafe's transactions, I will enter it daily based on daily transactions. Once again, this will be discussed further if you agree to hire me. - Bank reconciliation will be done after I receive the bank statement. - The reports on the accounts will be submitted based on your request. I always complete the project on time, pay attention to the details, and think about for my client. I suggest that you send all invoices to me via post or email weekly, I will then enter them into MYOB and get the bills paid. Same as paying bills, I suggest you give me the information about staff wages fortnighlty/weekly depend on your decision, I will then enter in MYOB and get paid.
