Acrobat Adobe form

This is an Adobe Acrobat form scripting job to be use with Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended. I need someone to create a form that will do some calculations as follows 1 - user enter start time in (1) 2 - user enter end time in (2) 3 - the difference between 2 and 1 is calculated and writen in 3 4 - this field will show the total of all the (3) on the same line 5 - the field (4) is the total of all the (3) in the same column I only shows one full line/ row, but there are a total of 10 similar per page. I indicated nb 1 to 4 for one day, but you need to replicate this for each week days(Sunday to saturday) - All other fields are not calculated and just need to be empty fields.
