Basic html and installtion

Hi, I have installed three web sites, all in php, and they need to have an html page that will direct towards these links. Three html needed for three different web sites [[login to view URL]][1], [[login to view URL]][2] , and [[login to view URL]][3], friendly with search engines and has metatage complete and 100 matching with the page contents. _ _[[login to view URL] this is a clickbank portal, and it need header, banner and a nicer looking layout. [login to view URL]][4] this is a classifeds ads web site and need a nicer looking layout. <[login to view URL]> this is an annoumus surf web site and it needs anicer looking layout. Search engine optimization for top 5 spots on yahoo and google is also required, so please send a qoute for both three site optimization and required time for another bid.
