I'm a great candidate, as I'm a professional sound designer with experience in film, video games, and web sites. I have a traditional education and am currently 3 months from graduating with my degree in recording engineering. Most, if not all of your candidates will not have a college education in this field, because it's not that common. Among my instructors are people that have worked on HBO shows such as "queer eye for the straight guy" and "cathouse", various films, video games, and musicians such as elton john. I may not have done these things my self, but that is the caliber of understanding and knowledge you will get when you hire me. Myself, I've worked on multiple films, a few video games, one of which was a game for the WWE (yes, the tv wrestling people), and several jobs on freelancer type sites. Where I would start with this would be to ask you a series of questions to help you and I realize what it is that you really want in your sound. Right now it's pretty vague, and while I like creative license to do whatever I want, I also want to please you. I'd probably start by asking if you want this sound to be more artificial or organic, and if you want it to be generated completely via synthetic means or if you want some sort of recording of various sounds or voices in it. I know the stereotypical sound you don't want, I took the liberty of doing a bit of research into these sites, I also used to be a model, so I bring that experience too. Feel free to contact me.
