I'm interested in your project. i have 9 years experience in designer and CNC programmer and worked as CNC application engineer. I have skills in drawings and cnc g-code for laser cut I can do code-g with cad-cam program. I can also make changes manually to the code-g without CAD-CAM program I wanted to know which tool to use to cut (diameter, numbers sharp tool ) ,distance of Safety by z axis. do not project attached converted into g-code . Hi, I am mehanical engineer with three years of expirience in small company that produce mold for plastic, gum etc. I make 3D models and 2D drawings for costumers who want to producing parts for injecton mold mashines. Also i make G-codes for cnc mashines where i produce mold for manufacturing plastic parts. You can see some of my work in my portfolio. I work in Creo, Solidworks. I will come on skype, teamspeak etc for more details. Molding is my main work in last 3 years, i produce full construction for molding and produce molds on CNC machines. In my company i have 3 types of mashines that use diferent post-procesing so if your mashines use simens 840-D, Fanuc zero or Heidenhain 426pb i can give you code complitly.
