## BIM Technology has been around for a long time and yet only recently the AEC industry has been acknowledging it for its vast advantages. I am looking to have an article about the past, present and future of BIM. How it is perceived by Clients and how it can give value to Clients seeking to do projects with BIM (Building Information Modeling). I want to have the article link to different sources of releant ranking sites as well as the right keyword density and related LSI words. At least 500 words. ## Deliverables I dont want it to be lengthy on the past history of BIM but more on its advantages and how architects are using it.
