Chiro Email

I would like to encourage and disseminate information to my fellow chiropractors in the US..!! (thanks..!!) I am interested in obtaining a list of chiropractors in the United States. The list should contain each chiropractor's name and email address. If possible, having their address (street address,city, state and zip)and phone number would be helpful, although it is not essential if it would cut down on the size of the list or increase the price. I would like to have this in an excel spreadsheet. I would greatly appreciate the email addresses for chiropractors in california especially..!!
