We have software that has been written on the UNIX/Linux platform, it is tried, tested and been in the marketplace for the last 15 years under Unix/Linux/AIX.
The software is a communication suite. It is modular and currently comprises the following modules: Telex, Fax and SMS.
We need to move it across to the Windows Platform, already have print drivers for Win9X to Win XP, however all the serverside is still on UNIX/Linux. There is no graphical installation as it is all scripted, you will need to create this when transferring it over to Windows .NET
The software is copyrighted and our own. We will require contracts with the company we choose to go with for confidentiality and security of source.
You need the following qualities: Good English, tidy codeing, proven record of work, but above else, you need to convince me that my Source code will not be either used or striped/reused for any other purposes.
