Conversion from VB6 to C#

We are looking for C# programmers who can convert existing VB 6 application and add more features. The application is a network monitoring agent that remotely allows servers or network devices to be monitored. The programmer(s) should be strong in Socket, multi threading, WMI, HTTPS and Windows service. An understanding in SNMP would also be usefull. The project needs to be completed within 2 weeks of acceptance. All shortlisted service providers will be contacted by our senior project manager (based in India) for qualification and evaluation before contract is awarded.
