C++ Application to genrate XML file from text - C++ Expert required

# Text File to XML Conversion Application. **Project Overview** We require a simple application with a one page GUI written in C++ (Visual Studio 2010) to convert a number of text files that contain lists of URL (or domain names) - each on a separate line - to XML with rules applied whilst converting. The GUI will include a facility to:- * browse for the folder containing the text files. * select the Url Match List file. * browse to export folder. ## Deliverables **Detailed Description** Notes:- * Each text file is named after the 'company name' which it represents and then includes a series of numbers - the numbers represent 'serial numbers'. * The serial numbers each represent a PC. * The URLs (and domain names) in the text files signify which websites the PC can access. Description:- 1. We wish to create an XML file for each company to specify which URLs each PC in that company may access. In general each PC may access the URLs in one or more global groups and some to be specified individually in the company file; the same access may be inherited by some other PCs within the company. 2. The global URL groups are defined in the 'URL match list' file; after each group is the XML inheritance statement to be included in the company file where required. 3. The Company folder attached holds one or more text files for each company. Each text file in general holds some URLs from one or more global groups, and some not found in any global list which are to be included individually in the company file; where different groups of machines within one company have different access entitlement there will be more than one text file for the company. 4. The PC serial numbers relating to each text file are present in one of two ways; either as part of the file name or, when there are no serial numbers in the file name, in a file named with the company name in the 'Serial Number Files' folder. For some companies there will be more than one Serial Number file; in these cases (e.g. Allpack Group) two digits within brackets in the file name of both the Company file and the Serial Number file associate them. For some companies both methods are used. When a company file name includes serial numbers and two digits in brackets the latter can be ignored. **Suggested Procedure** 1. For each text file in the Company folder create a new file holding a list of serial numbers by extracting them from the file name or from the associated Serial Number file. 2. For each text file in the Company folder check each URL against the URLs in the 'URL match list' file. Copy URLs not found there to the new file; for those that are found, copy the inheritance statement for the associated group to the new file ensuring that there are no duplicates. 3. Expand the URL, inheritance and serial number information in each new file into XML to match the attached sample, combining the files to make one for each company. **Additional Information** Sample files are attached for reference use. An example of the required output can be supplied if required.
