What kind of precision level is needed, how many ports of this variable voltage are needed and what would be their current rating etc. I am sure you need the assistance of firmware programming as well as I can guess from skill needed part. Hi, I am an electrical engineer with experience of four years in embedded and power electronics industries. I am a proficient C Programmer for any microcontroller like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, STM32, AVR and PIC. To generate a variable volt we can use DAC or PWM based DAC. There is no need of any relay. Hi, Many years experience with electronics design and instrumentation. Lots of recent r experience with Th Arduino concepts including implementing the AVR devices in bare board applications. You project is interesting but raises so many important questions that will impact on the time and cost of the project notwithstanding its practicality. So. some questions:- How many of these outputs are required? How much current are you needing for the outputs to pass? Giving you the 5-12V is easy, giving you 15A, not so easy. Strictly speaking this would not be a relay substitute as a relay would normally provide voltage free contacts supporting some specified current. Is it a variable voltage output your objective? What sort of resolution are you looking for on the output voltage? Tenths of a volt?, Milivolts? Did you hope to maintain the Arduino form factor for the PCB? Always will in to chat. I have implemented this, now to have variable voltages you need open drain/collector outputs from the ports. Which uC is your target (in Arduino set) ? This project will give Schematic,BOM anf PCB Gerber/
