Hi! I can help you get access to the files in the Linux system. Our plan will be access your Windows system since that's what you are used to, via TeamViewer or something like it, and run some virtualization software to get a Linux up and access your Linux partition using that virtualized Linux software. On the Linux I will locate all the C files or anything related to your RaspberryPi project and download to your Windows, it may be possible to setup a way for you to access the Linux system via a FTP or even SAMBA, so you can just open the Linux folder as a network share on the Windows.
