Create Windows Service in c# and Topshelf consuming Rest Service (OAuth 2.0)

Hi diddly ho :-) My name is Dmytro, i'm a very experienced C#/server developer. I think I'm ideal candidate for you project. To deliver the best product I can, I'd like to ask some questions: 1) What should be the format of the output file? XML/JSON/CSV/something else? 2) Should file be overwritten each time new results are obtained or? 3) Do you need any kind of logging/error reporting? I can integrate log4net logging, if you like. 4) Is the Topshelf library a must? I have great experience in wring windows services using plain .NET, to be honest I do not see a need for a separate library here. hi diddly ho My first question is why topshelf? Do you have an existing console app you want converted? From the spec only one service call appears to be being made, or is any 'CRUD' behavior required? What is done with the returned results? Do they need to be processed, stored, etc. Would an installer need to be written as part of the solution? I have written many windows services and have developed and used web services - both SOAP and RESTful. I would be interested in discussing this project with you. The milestone given is a preliminary one, it would be broken down after a more detailed requirement is obtained.
