Create auction website for invoices - repost

I would need someone to produce for me auction website for selling Invoices. Required: - SOLID, KISS, DRY, YAGNI - ASP.NET MVC 4 - Entity Framework Code First - SQL Server - Fluent Migrator - jQuery - KnockoutJS Project documentation will be available after wining the project. Short description: 4 user roles - BUYER, SELLER, AGENTS, ADMIN - It will be possible for buyers to buy a part of inovice (fractal auctions) - Every Buyer will have its own portfolio. - Database structure will be provided.
