C# expert needed, desktop application (bid bellow $100 only)

I need someone that can: simulate all the functions that a normal user can do on a desktop computer for mouse and keyboard but now in a desktop application so all the functions can be scheduled for example: the mouse postion, the mouse speed, a mouse drag function, a repeat function how many times a function should repeat, and how long too wait until the next function starts, to have a better understanding for all the functions read the document that is attached and the image the budget for this project is bellow $100 and around $50 to $80 bids above $100 will not be taken serieusly also realy important to know is that the program is already there it only needs to be adjusted.
