C# Texas Hold em

I need a texas hold-em script in C# for a game emulator that I run. The compiler that I use is just the open source game emulator RunUO. I need an addon for this game of texas hold em. I need it to support multi player and if possible, single player where the computer will occupy 1 maybe 2 seats until other persons are available to fill them if its possible to do without being a memory sap. Also, I need to be able to run more than one instance of this. Essentially like a casino in vegas, mulitple tables with different bid starting points and so forth. How long will this take and how much will it cost me to get done? I do have a couple of scripts that I use already that I would not mind posting as an example. I need the funds for the game to be "Gold" and it needs to be taken either from the individual players backpack or bankbox in either actualy gold pieces or bank check. need it to be a constructable item in game. Basically ingame I would type [add item (the item number) (which we can assign here as 0x12A5) Additional Info: OnDoubleClick of the item would bring up the gump which will be the main screen. We can use background gumpid of 9270 for this, I like this gump style. main screen can have a "play" button a "buy in" or maybe this should be "add funds" button (which will collect gold/bankcheck from backpack or bank)
