Hi There, I am design engineer working in research and development centre in new zealand.I am expert in fea analysis. i can do this project for you. I am giving you idea if you want to do it yourself. First convet torque into N-m T= 1695N-m T= F*R from here you can get force value. Put this force value into contact stress formula you will get analytical value. compare this analytical value with ansys value. it supoosed to be nearly same. if they are more than 10% difference refine your mess until you get close value. In Ansys boundary condition is fixed one gear and apply torque value onto other gear. I think this is more than enough information for you.
