I'm a PhD student in Engineering with a Master's in Statistics. Expert in Matlab, Econometric and statistical modeling of pretty much everything you can think of. These include expertise on protocol development, research study designs, sample size calculations, data management, and data analysis using various statistical software’s (i.e. STATA, Eviews, R & SPSS), statistical interpretation and report writing. Currently involved in official approval of internal econometric models that banks are using.

Sure can be done by professional engineer working academic institute ........................................................or offer work at $55/hr rate with $880 as MILESTONE and after 60% work gets delivered add next $550 thus work gets done in $1430

I am not sure what it is you want done. I am assuming you are looking to create a new TV remote case. I have a few questions: 1: Do you have the PC Board completed with all the components populated on the board? 2: Do you have a key pad layout? 3: Do you have 3D printing available to test bottom and top covers with internal components? I did not know what to bid... I am working on a project like this as we speak and it is a back and forth kind of thing making changes on the PCB the LED screen covers everything it takes time. This why I am not sure exactly where you are in the design of your product therefore I am not sure how to bid.
