Bug fix plus functionality improvement to mobile version of website

** Please note, this project requires experience in Twitter's Bootstrap code which is used to render the mobile version of my website ** To see an example of the following bug, please visit [login to view URL] on both a desktop web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer) and a mobile web browser (either an iOS or Android platform). It is best if you visit on a mobile phone and not a tablet, if possible. On the desktop web browser, please hover over an event tile with your mouse and notice that four semi-transparent buttons pop-up. Because these buttons only appear on hover, they do not show up on a mobile device. The fix I am asking for is to have these four buttons always showing on each event tile when viewing the site on a mobile device. The site improvement that I would like made involves infinite scroll, which our site utilizes to load more events. Unfortunately, on a mobile platform, this makes it impossible for users to get to the page's footer. To fix this, I would like a button added to the mobile version(s) of our site that a user presses to load more events. The button text should be "Load More" and be in the same style as the rest of the site. The button should appear just above the footer. This button should not show up on a desktop web browser, it should only show up on mobile platforms that are utilizing the bootstrap code to display information. BASIC REQUIREMENTS: -- The freelancer must have their own test environment that can emulate my live server** (see below -- I can NOT give access to my live server at this time) -- Must have an understanding of Twitter's bootstrap code. -- Strong ability to debug another developer's CodeIgniter PHP code -- Strong ability to write/debug Ajax and Jquery **TESTING ENVIRONMENT DESCRIBED: The developer must have their own testing environment that can emulate my live server. This means they have a L.A.M.P. server running at least MySQL 5.1. and PHP 5.3. My current Linux distro is Centos 6.3, but other distros, such as Ubuntu, will suffice. Once the best candidate has been awarded the project, I will provide the full set of code, instructions, and config parameters to get their test server set up as quickly as possible. Additionally, I will provide my database schemas and '.sql' files that can be imported for fast testing.
