Hello, I run a virtual assistant company called Getting This Write Ltd and help many small businesses with their writing projects. I am interested in working for you in customer service. I am a very good diplomat and can resolve issues with ease, providing your company has the right support to help me with! I charge a reasonable minimum rate of £60 UK pounds a day / $80 us dollars, for a normal working day. However this is negotiable, and depends on the amount of hours to be worked, number of calls you expect me to field or make, and on the number of issues to be resolved. I will be able to help with your customer support as per your project requirements. I would however need an upfront payment to assist with cost of calls to the clients unless you are able to provide Skype details for them.
