Hi there, I have a 13 years of experience on customer service and technical support. I satisfy all the requirements for this job, and I'm available for almost 50 hours a week, so it's really easy for me to take out 16 hours. I guess the best quality that I bring to the table if I'm selected is that I have the sense of ownership. I OWN the job, and the business when I talk to a customer. So I'm responsible for anything wrong that happens with the customer, and the same if the customer is happy. It becomes my utmost responsibility to make every customer happy with my services, and do everything that's in my purview to make the customer happy with the company as well. In case the customer is looking for something that I can't do, I still stay subtle and sensible, and I try to put myself in the customer's shoes to understand why the customer needs that. And I come up with a solution almost 100% of the times. I'm sure if I'm selected, I would be great in this job. I was a chat support from my previous job for 4 years. I was firsassigned to sales for 2 years and then was transferred to technical support. I also handled billing support so my typing skills and customer service skills were really developed.
