Craigslist Ad Poster (EXPERIENCE NEEDED)

Looking for someone who can post 60 craigslist ads daily. Ads will be posted in the Musicians, Services and Write/Ed Categories. You must have experience with multiple postings/daily on craigslist. This will be an ongoing relationship with room for growth based on performance. We will need you to post Monday through Friday. The breakdown will be as follows: I will need 10 posts at 9am CST and 10 posts at 5pm PER NICHE across Musicians, Services and Writing Ed. For a total of 60 daily post. This project should be very easy for someone who is experienced in this type of work. Please do not waste my time if you do not see yourself as a expert doing this type of work. My Requirements..! Your Responsibilities: • You will be responsible to manage your own IP addresses, proxies, PVAs and craigslist accounts as needed. (If you are not sure what this means, DO NOT BID.) • You must have IP addresses that DO NOT GET GHOSTED (If you are not sure what this means, DO NOT BID.) • You will need to monitor your posting to verify no ghosting, flags, etc. The posting must stay up at least 24 hours. (If you are not sure what this means, DO NOT BID.) • Post all ads during US business day CST • Varying ad copy and rotating ads - I will supply the ad copy and a selection of titles. You will need to modify for each set of postings. • Provide a daily excel spreadsheet with links to every ad • Should be easy to communicate with on a daily basis • You must have or create a Google Talk or Gmail Chat account. • You will need to set up email redirect to my email so that I can answer any requests/questions. You will also need to manage MANY different email accounts (If you do not understand, DO NOT BID) • You will need to know how to place html ads • You must have experience in placing html ads with multiple links. • You must know how to use white text. The ads WILL NOT post without this! I will Provide: The cities, the categories that need to be posted in, and html text body post/heading. Provide the 60 niche ads and titles that need to be posted each week on a daily basis. • My rate is .15 cents per listed ad - this can go up based on performance and results. I will pay every Sunday night prior to posting if the job is done properly. Term: • There will be a trial period of 2 days to determine if you can get them to stick. If the first week is good, we will go on. • All postings must be done during US business day (CST) Payment Terms as follows: I pay for results ONLY. I will pay .15 cent per ad which is not ghosted or flagged in a 24 hour period for a total of $25.00 per week. Payment to be paid once a week upon completion. I will pay through GetaFreelancer Escrow account, only. I will require a test of 10 ads for 1 day before hiring to show you know what you are doing. I can pay $.15 per ad post / 60 ads per day / in multiple city/states / at 300 post per week = $45.00 per week. I have three niches/ads to post in multiple-cities/states per day. We are ready to start immediately. If you do not know how to manage your own IP addresses, PVAs, proxies and craigslist/email accounts, as needed, DO NOT BID. We are seeking an individual for an ongoing relationship and you will be paid a salary if things continue on a substantial basis for 3 months and your results are satisfactory.
