Converting leave (date and time) information to calendar form - repost

I need a code to automatically post information from the leave summary to the leave calendar. Information from Column B, C, H, I and K from the individual summary need to be transferred to the leave calendar. Please take a moment to view them the summary and calendar as it is complicated to describe it all. Column B and C is the first and last name for the individual. Column H and I is for the date(s) the leave is taken, and is needed to plot the exact coordinates on the leave calendar. Finally, Column K is the total number of hours which applies to annual leave only. 7.5 hours is the maximum for one day. Always use 7.5 hours for the first day, and let the remainder be distributed to the following days. For example, if an 11.5 hour annual leave is taken for 2 days, put 7.5 in the first block and 4 hours in the second block, and color the first light blue and the second brown (for any value under 7.5). Please see the legend for the correct colors. For the rest of the leave type, color the box with the correct color but leave the value blank.
