Data Entry - Complete our address data base using Excel - repost

We have a bunch of pictures of business tickets with company names and email addresses that need be added in an Excel spreadsheet. The records are dived in categories -please follow the system. When the job is awarded, the entire files will be supplied. There are 5 different categories containing approximately 300 records in total. The completed data should be saved as an Excel file containing a sheet for each category and completed with name, company, email address and phone number for each business ticket. I will attach the full files when an appointment is made. Thank you
