Create Draft Listings on a new Etsy shop - repost

Dear Bidder, I will be opening a new Etsy shop soon, and would like to have roughly 300 listings, preentered on a .CSV file, entered as Draft Listings and ready to be made active when I want the shop to launch. I estimate this job will take 1-3 hours depending on computer and internet speed, and ability to move quickly through forms. The main bulk of the work will be choosing categories from drop-down lists, filling in the short fields of prices and item tags by hand, and copy-and-pasting item descriptions across from the .CSV file. You will be provided with the .CSV file and login details for the shop account after the bid is won. The job will be completed when all listings have been entered as draft listings, and I have entered the account and changed the password and contact details.
