Create Excel Contact List from Online Directory

I subscribe to an online directory of contacts which I can’t directly download. I need help to extract the data by one of two methods: 1) manually or 2) automatically via software. I don’t know whether the second method can be used with this directory. I shall choose a short list of candidates who will then be given a temporary password to determine whether the second method can be used or not. The total number of contacts you will be dealing with is approx 550. Please provide two quotes, one for each of the above methods. I hope this job can be completed within the next 3 days. Some organisations have smaller groups within them that may have the same address and phone number. But I don’t want duplicates; I only want to send one letter to each address, which would be the main association, not the little sub-groups. The Excel spreadsheet produced will include this data: Name of organisation Address (prefer PO Box to street address where possible) Phone number Email Website Name and Position of General Contact Membership Number
