I believe I am the best candidate for this job because I have approximately eight (8) years of professionalism working as a Secretary/Administrative Assistant. I am very thorough and detail oriented and believes once given a task it should be done to the best of my ability. I can type approximately 40wpm and believe that accuracy and proofreading is a must in everything I do.

My data entry experience with different Non Governmental Organisations has prepared me to take on more responsibility in a fast-paced environment. I have a good typing speed (75 WPM) with exceptional accuracy. In addition, I am expert in 10-key punching and MS office applications such as Word and Excel. Besides job specific tasks, I have a proven ability to maintain the confidentiality of the typed information.
