capturing contacts from Trade Show directories - open to bidding

I'm looking for someone who can help me with looking up email contacts and actual physical addresses of potential leads. I would like to target businesses located within Sydney area who exhibit at different Trade Shows and have possibly a need for my product photography service. I've looked up [login to view URL] and similar sources which could be used for capturing contacts from Trade Show directories. Is this something you could help we with? No need for creating databases, I just need .txt files with email addresses divided by comas, and .txt files with typed physical addresses divided by empty line. I'll send you couple samples I put together myself. Would you have any other solution how to capture current contact details, e.i. email addresses, and physical street addresses of our potential clients from Sydney, Australia area?
