I need an excel or access file (whichever easier but excel is preferable) to do the following: 1. Make a document/drawing management system for a project. 2. Project consists of minimum 10 different products, where each products had minimum 50 drawings/documents. 3. Each drawing/document can have anything between 1 and 10 revisions. 4. Each drawing/document should have as a minimum the following inputs: - name, number, revision number, status of the revision (described below), pending with (described below), planned submission date, actual submission date, transmittal number, remarks, inputs available, weight of document/drawing etc. - every time the document is submitted to the client above data to be updated. - status of the revision consists of minimum 5 statuses which should be easily changed depending on the project requirements (i.e. A-approved, NA-not approved, AEN - approved as noted, etc.). - pending with should consist of minimum 10 different locations where the document might be (i.e. with logistics, with procurement, with engineering etc.) - inputs available means that if inputs are not available drawing/document is not able to be submitted to the client - weight of document means that each document should be assigned a certain number from 0-100, so that in total when all documents are summed up it is equal to 100. This will provide information about overall status of the project. 5. There should be an overall status of each product showing minimum the following: - latest status of the document - latest submission date - location of the document - number of pending documents - if all inputs are available for document/drawing - total number of documents which are pending and can be submitted to client - total number of documents which are pending but inputs are missing - etc. 6. There should be also a possibility to enter the number of hours worked on each product. Every document to have number of hours worked on it. 7. There should be an entry also of how much hours should be spend per each product. 8. Based on items 6 and 7, there should be a graph for each product showing the relationship between actual hours spent on product/status of product. Each drawing/document progress should be calculated as follows: - document submitted for the first time - 40% - document received with Approved status - 100% - document received with NA status - 60% - document received with AEN status - 80% - above should be easily changed depending on the project requirements. 9. There should also be a graph which will show the following: - each product will be given a date when it should be completed. - graph should show comparison between status of actual date and actual progress of the product and above given date. 10. There should also be an overall status of all project (including all products). same as under items 8 and 9 but for overall project. 11. Any information (i.e. planned submission date) should be easily updated, and all items (i.e. graphs etc.) should be updated automatically. 12. There should be separate section in excel/access which will present an simple list of open points which are required for the project and should contain the following: - description of the problem - action taken - pending with - resolution - date submitted - date concluded - remarks 13. There should be separate section in excel/access which will show continuous lessons learned in the project and should contain the following: - lesson learned - root cause - preventive action - impact in the project 14. Excel or access full authority at the end of the project to be given with explanations of usage if needed.

I will use Access - best app for this as you can have the forms needed to manage the various revisions. Also I will use Camtasia Studio to document the product as needed. I work a lot in these platforms, and I do not sub-contact like many bidders on Freelancer. I am an engineer so understanding your needs is not an issue, as is the final implementation
