My most recent job is customer service representative for a financial accou t. What we do there is to provide information to people and help them sign up with our service. After them signing up, we check for the legitimacy of their identity over the phone and check validity of their ID submitted. After that, when they transact, like deposit, withdraw or send or even purchase stuff online, we assist them and provide information if the transaction is successful. We gather all members details through our database and check them in spreadsheet. identify their transactions and collate them. Also, summarize daily, weekly and monhly transactions through spreadsheets and provide monthly reports for each type of transactions and outcomes.

Hello, My last position was as Manager for an Online Store. Was a very nice job, where i learnt a lot and where i helpt for company progress. I help the company to raise the sells, and to become a name in online. Because i am sure the next question will be why I stop. Because when you are not appreciate for your work and you gain the same like before when the company was near to close, i think that is not a point to keep good employers near you.
