After them signing up, we check for the legitimacy of their identity over the phone and check validity of their ID submitted. After that, when they transact, like deposit, withdraw or send or even purchase stuff online, we assist them and provide information if the transaction is successful. We gather all members details through our database and check them in spreadsheet. identify their transactions and collate them. Also, summarize daily, weekly and monhly transactions through spreadsheets and provide monthly reports for each type of transactions and outcomes.
